Alvin Paul Iler's Obituary
Alvin Paul Iler Sr. age 66, of Manistee, Michigan died Sunday February 7, 2016 at the Medilodge Nursing Home in Hillman, Michigan.
He was born on August 22, 1949 in Parma Michigan son of the late Norman & Emelia (Lailer) Iler. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He loved football, especially being a fan of the University of Michigan and the Cincinnati Bengals. He loved watching westerns and in his younger years enjoyed bowling and playing pool.
He is survived by one son: Alvin Paul Iler Jr. of Manistee, MI, three grandsons, Alvin Iler III (P.J.), Austin Iler and Noah Iler, two sisters: Deanna (Robert) Brooks and Barbara Forman all of Manistee, MI and his very special friend Tracy Gonzalez of Manistee, MI. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive him.
Funeral Services for Alvin Paul Iler Sr. will be held at a later date.
The Herbert Funeral Home of Manistee is in charge of funeral arrangements.
