Ann Margaret Smith age 94 of Manistee, Michigan died Friday afternoon, August 5, 2016 at the Schoolcraft Medical Care Facility in Manistique, Michigan.

She was born on April 27, 1922 in Manistee, Michigan daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Gumieny) Smith. Ann had lived in Manistee her entire life and along with her brother's Harry and John, took care of and farmed the family homestead on Cedar road. She was a member of the Catholic Community of Manistee (Saint Joseph Catholic Church).
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Ann was preceded in death by her sister, Verna Krolczyk and by an infant brother Stanley and her two brothers Harry and John Smith.

Mass from The Order of Christian Funerals will be celebrated on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Manistee with Reverend Scott Lawler celebrant. Burial will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery also in Manistee. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday morning, one hour prior to the funeral Mass.
