Arlene "Tudie" Sorenson-Modjeski, age 75 of Manistee, Michigan died peacefully on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at the Manistee County Medical Care Facility in Manistee surrounded by her family.
She was born on June 9, 1941 in Eastlake, Michigan daughter of the late Richard I. and Cecilia (Raczkowski) Hansen.

She is survived by her husband, John Modjeski, three sons, Danny, Richard and Tom Sorenson, her sister and brother in-law, Carol and Selkirk "Sonny" Wheeler her step-sons, Mark and Michael Modjeski and her step-daughter Michelle Modjeski.

According to family wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Tudie's Life will take place in the summer of 2017 and will be announced in a future edition of the Manistee News Advocate.

The Herbert Funeral Home of Manistee is in charge of funeral arrangements.
