Daniel Paul Adamczak, age 64 of Sarasota, Florida, formerly of Manistee, Michigan died unexpectedly Saturday August 21, 2021 at the Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Florida.

He was born on July 8, 1957 in Manistee, Michigan son of the late Mark "Swede" and Edna (Mantych) Adamczak.  He was a graduate of Manistee High School class of 1976.

He is survived by two brothers & two sisters-in-law: Michael & Martha Adamczak of Vacaville, CA, Tony Adamczak, Nancy Adamczak and brother-in-law David Viol, all of Manistee, MI.  Numerous nieces and nephews also survive him.  Dan also leaves behind many close friends and co-workers in Sarasota.

Dan was preceded in death by his sister Susan Viol and his brother Mark "Zippy" Adamczak.

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.

Dan was an ardent animal lover, having spent his life owning and loving animals of all kinds.  Those wishing to make a donation in remembrance of Dan are encouraged to donate to the Homeward Bound Animal Shelter of Manistee.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
