David Lorenz, age 80 of Manistee, Michigan passed away on Wednesday July 13, 2022 at Munson Hospice House in Traverse City, MI.

He was born on August 13, 1941 in Manistee, Michigan son of the late Rylence & Mildred Lorenz.  David was a graduate of Manistee High School class of 1959.

David was an avid U of M Wolverines football fan.

He is survived by his sister Gloria Gielczyk, and nieces Jennifer (Les) Phelps and Joy (Jeffrey) Durski all of Wisconsin.

Cremation has taken place and burial of David's cremated remains took place at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Manistee, Michigan.

The Herbert Funeral Home of Manistee is in charge of funeral arrangements.
