Dennis Wayne King age 58, of Wellston, Michigan died Friday afternoon, October 27, 2017 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.

He was born on April 26, 1959 in Cadillac, Michigan son of Bruce King and the late Bernice (Theodore) King. In his younger years Dennis worked in Flint, Michigan with the railroad and at present he was employed with the Antolin Company in Benzonia, Michigan. He enjoyed his fishing, playing cards and board games in his leisure time. He was a member of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians.
He is survived by his son; Cody Bullis King of Manistee, his father; Bruce King of Wellston, his sister Yvonne Theodore of Manistee, six brothers and two sisters in-law; Brian and Lori King of Newaygo, Garry King of Lake County, Alan and Gina King of Holland and Gerald King, Kevin King and Charles King all of Manistee. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive him.

Dennis was preceded in death by his mother, Bernice (Theodore) King on August 12, 1979 by one sister Margaret King and by two brothers; William and Kenneth P. King.

According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the Aki Madazwiin Community Center in Manistee, located at 2953 Shaw Be Uuo Ong Road just off of Dontz Road at 11:00 AM with Pastor Bill Willis officiating. Burial will follow at Corfu Cemetery in Brethren with a luncheon to follow back at the Aki Madazwiin Community Center.
