Eve Elaine Paetschow, 40, of Manistee, died peacefully in her sleep Friday, November 25 while under care at Stone Crest Center in Detroit.

Eve was born in Manistee on December 13, 1981, the daughter of Robert and Cynthia (Briske) Paetschow. She is survived by her parents; a sister, Alanna Celeste Hansen and husband Vickers Charles Hansen; her brother David Scott Paetschow and wife Kara Paetschow; her grandmother Carol Ann Briske; nephews Nicholas Hansen and Connor Hansen; nieces Annabel Paetschow, Lauren Paetschow and Jilliane Paetschow, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Eve graduated from West Shore Community College with a liberal arts degree. She loved spending time with her family and friends and her companion beagle 'Bug.' Eve will be remembered for her creativity; many people were recipients of Eve's lovingly crafted cards, journals and other artwork. Eve also enjoyed collecting stickers, rock hunting, and taking long walks in nature.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on December 17, 2022 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at 521 Cypress St, Manistee with a luncheon to follow.
