Frank E. Tyron, age 79, of Manistee, Michigan, died unexpectedly, Friday, July 26, 2024 at his home.  He was born September 10, 1944 in Manistee, Michigan son of the late Frank and Inis (Morris) Tyron.  He was a graduate of Manistee High School with the class of 1962.  Frank joined the United States Navy on August 23, 1962 and served as a Photographer during the Vietnam War until his release on August 30, 1965.  After his discharge from the Navy, Frank moved to California where he worked as a commercial photographer for many years.  He later returned to Manistee where he was employed at Custom Packaging Corporation until his retirement.

Frank is survived by his son, Craig (Jennifer) Tyron of Los Angeles, CA, his daughter, Erica Tyron of Claremont, CA, his grandchildren, Jake (Kim) Tyron of Glendora, CA, Tristan Tyron of Los Angeles, CA; his great grand-daughters, Luna and Zoe Tyron of Glendora, CA; his sister, Jean (Tyron) Shively of Manistee, MI, his brother Joseph Tyron of Big Rapids, MI and Briar Ann Tyron beloved mother of Craig and Erica, of Claremont, CA, his partner, Doris Kotecki of Manistee, MI and her son, Andrew (Katie) Kotecki of Chicago, IL, and their two daughters, Julie and Alex. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Patricia & Lee Tansill of Martinsburg, WV and his sister, Jaqueline Clark of Clearwater, FL.
