John Eric Jurkoski, A.K.A. Froggy, passed away unexpectedly at West Shore Medical Center in Manistee on Sunday July 3, 2016 at the age of 32.

John enjoyed working on cars, playing hackey sack, golfing, kayaking and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his parents, Lorna & Jack Jurkoski, his sister Eva (Benino) DeLaGarza, his niece Davina, and his dear cat Reefer and several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive him.

John is predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents, Hilda & Norman Holster and Sally & Dr. John Jurkoski.

John was a creative and caring individual that will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Cremation has taken place and funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the Herbert Funeral Home in Manistee with Pastor Kevin McClain officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 9:30 am until the time of service at 11:00 am.
