Pamela A. Pomeroy, age 74 of Muskegon, MI died unexpectedly Friday, March 15, 2019 at Mercy Health Mercy Campus in Muskegon. She was born May 21, 1944 in Munising, MI, daughter of the late Eddie & Wilma B. (Cobb) Wright. She attended Western Michigan University pursuant of a degree in Mathematics. While earning her degree she married Thomas Edward Pomeroy on November 25, 1965. Pamela had a lifelong love of learning, teaching, and music. Her BRILLIANT SMILE pierced your heart with instant love, truly one of a kind. She always extended unending generosity, kindness and patience with every person she encountered. She lived every moment as a gift from heaven.

She is survived by her husband Thomas, daughter Karen and son Dan. Numerous grand-children and great-grandchildren; her siblings as well as nieces and nephews also survive her.

She was preceded in death by her birth father, Eddie Wright; her mother, Wilma B. Wright & Step-Father, F. Lloyd Wright; her son Michael Pomeroy and brother Charles.

Mass from the Order of Christian Funerals will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, March 22, 2019 at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church of Norton Shores, MI with Rev. Charlie Hall celebrant. The family will be at the church 1 hour prior to Pam's funeral Mass to receive friends. Burial will take place the following morning at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Manistee, MI where Rev. Pablo Martinez will lead the graveside committal service.
