Patti (Patricia Lee Sullivan) Bernard of Caberfae Highway, Manistee, Michigan went to be with her family on January 24, 2026.

Patti was born on February 14, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan. She was the daughter of the late Edward J. and Josephine M. (DeSmet) Sullivan. Patti was employed for many years in the medical field. She retired in November 2011 from the office of Robert L. Barry M.D.

Patti loved to bowl, golf, and dance. She also loved hanging out with her family and friends.

Patti is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Nancy and Mark Tiefenthal of Manistee, her grandchildren, Jordan Tiefenthal of Manistee, Jackie and Josh Wissner of Free Soil, her great grandchildren, Natalie and Dylan Wissner. Her nieces Wendy Kosiboski, Mandy (Michael) Ropelewski, great nieces and nephew, Lila and Liam Sullivan, her sister-in-law Pearl Sullivan and her adopted family Rob, Theresa, Lauren, Zac, Rebecca Barry all of Manistee, and her adopted sister Debbie Fortin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Josephine Sullivan, her sons Alan and Steve Jankowiak, her sister and brother-in-law Vicki and Franklin Kosiboski, her brother Gary Sullivan and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

According to Patti's wishes cremation has taken place, and private memorial services will be held.

The Herbert Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangement. The family would also like to thank Hospice of Michigan, especially Jer Madsen for care in these last couple months.
