Robert "Bob" Jankowski, age 56 of Eastlake, MI died unexpectedly on Saturday, October 29, 2016.
He was born on April 23, 1960 in Onekama, Michigan son of Nora Jean (Riley) Jankowski and the late David M. Jankowski. Bob was a graduate of Manistee High School class of 1978. After high school, he was employed at Akzo Salt Company in Manistee and at present with Packaging Corporation of America in Filer City, as a welder and master pipefitter. Bob had a great passion for music and was a local and participating Musician. He was an avid outdoors man enjoying fishing, hunting, golf and just being outside.

Bob is survived by his three children, Trisha Jankowski of Eastlake, MI, Cory Jankowski of Manistee, MI and Nathan Jankowski of Free Soil, MI, his mother Nora Jean Jankowski of Eastlake, MI, a brother & sister-in-law Rick & Janice Jankowski of Manistee, MI, a sister & brother-in-law Diane & Stacy Pomeroy of Fennville, MI, his fiancée Sandra McLean of Eastlake, MI and his dog Riley (Rif Raf). Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive him.

He was preceded in death by his father David M. Jankowski.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday evening, November 4, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Herbert Funeral Home in Manistee with Reverend Richard Schaeffer officiating.
