Rosemary C. Livingston of Manistee, Michigan passed away on January 10, 2024, she was 74 years old. Rosemary was born in East Lake, Michigan but settled in Manistee. Rosemary was the daughter of Sylvester and Irene (Jackoviak) Livingston. She was the youngest of six children.

Rosemary was a hard- working, fun, loving, independent women. She appreciated cool cars, loved to garden, play games, work on puzzles, and sewing. Her favorite activity was spending time with her son Justin. Rosemary was a dedicated and loving mother. She will be greatly missed.

Rosemary is survived by her son Justin, daughter-in-law, Robyn (Savory) and her life- long partner, Steven Manthei, and her two sisters, Helen Bradford and Eileen Chandler.

Rosemary was also preceded in death by her infant son, Todd Jeffery Livingston, her two brothers, John and Edward Livingston and by her sister, Bernice Washinifsky.

The family will receive friends at the Herbert Funeral Home, 706 Kosciusko Street, in Manistee on Thursday evening, January 18, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Private family graveside services will take place at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Manistee, Michigan. The Herbert Funeral Home of Manistee is in charge of funeral arrangements.
