Sharon (Andersen) Minster, age 85 of Manistee, Michigan, passed away, Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born on October 20, 1940 in Manistee, Michigan and was the daughter of the late Nels "Swede" and Mary (Zwiefka) Andersen. Sharon was a graduate of Manistee High School with the class of 1958. She married Arthur "Art" Minster on September 30, 1959 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Onekama, Michigan. Art preceded her in death on December 3, 2024. While her children were growing up, she enjoyed chaperoning their school trips and events, attending their academic and sporting events.

Beside spending time with her children and grandchildren Sharon could always be found spending time with her sisters. In her spare time, she loved to read, knit and go camping with her husband Art.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Terri Minster of Manistee, MI, her daughter, Kim Minster of Port St. John, Florida, her grandchildren, Tyler Minster, Courtney (Mike) Bromley and Roy Keson (Jordan), her great-grandchildren, Drayton, Lee, Carter and Carsyn, and her sisters and brother's-in-law, Connie Johnson, Mary Ann and Art Nickleson, Frank Balcer, Suzanne Remeika and her sister's-in-law, Linda Andersen and Dor Andersen. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive her.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Maren Balcer, two brothers, Donald Andersen and Robert Andersen, her brother's -in-law, Donald Johnson and Edward Remeika and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Arthur and Alice (Hilden) Minster.

A celebration of Life Luncheon will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Stronach Hall from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.  Final interment with private burial for Sharon and Art will be at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Manistee.
