Virginia "Gi Gi" Hummel age 80 of Manistee, MI died unexpectedly on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at Medilodge of Ludington.

She was born on December 11, 1939 in Manistee, Michigan daughter of the late Floyd R. and Lucille V. (Wisinski) Anderson.

She is survived by her husband Charlie Hummel of Manistee, MI, her brother and sister-in-law; Robert "Andy" (Nancy) Anderson of Manistee, MI, 3 sons and 2 daughters-in-law: Carl & Alaine Lacki of Manistee, MI, Joe & Gail Lacki of Freesoil, MI and Jim Lacki of Pewaukee, WI, 5 grandchildren; Jason Lacki, Bradley Lacki, Katy Lacki, Jacob Lacki and Jessica Lacki and 1 great granddaughter Karmen Lacki. Several nieces and nephews also survive her.

She was preceded in death by two nieces; Jill Renee Anderson and Kelly McKenna.

Cremation has taken place and funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 24, 2020 at the Herbert Funeral in Manistee with Pastor Joyce Newman officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to funeral services.
