William "Bill" Czarnecki age 71 of Manistee, Michigan died Thursday, October 5, 2017 at his home unexpectedly.

He was born on March 30, 1946 in Manistee, Michigan son of the late Harry "Crow" and Dorothy (Zawacki) Czarnecki. He was a graduate of Manistee Catholic Central School with the class of 1964. Bill was employed for 4 years with the Fisher Body Company in Flint and then returned to Manistee where he was employed with Century Boat Company until the company closed its operations in Manistee.

In his younger years he enjoyed golfing and playing baseball. He was a member of Divine Mercy Parish (St. Joseph Catholic Church).

He is survived by three brothers & two sisters-in-law; Kenneth Czarnecki and Phillip & Mary Czarnecki all of Manistee, MI and Thomas & Judy Czarnecki of Mt. Pleasant, MI. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive him.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Manistee with Reverend Zeljko Guberovic celebrant. Burial will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery also in Manistee.

The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday morning from 10:00 AM until time of service.
